Each ID badge card holder is custom-made so that you can change up the colors! Both solid and glitter vinyl options are available. Each item is custom-made to order, so I am happy to create the perfect product for you! Just send me a message and let me know how you would like your item customized.

At this time, we only ship to the United States. Our items are custom products that are made to order just for you! As a result, all shipped items at Pick and Poke Designs have a 10-day processing time in addition to carrier shipping time.

As physical items at Pick and Poke Designs are usually customized products and are free of defects at the time of shipping,  there is no return or exchange on any item(s). Please inspect your items upon delivery. If, for some reason, we missed a problem, please let us know within 3 days of receipt. After 3 days, no replacements will be given. Please note that actual colors may vary slightly from images shown due to monitor and screen settings. Design colors, fonts, designs, embroidery thread, and vinyl colors can vary.

If you would let to see a mock-up of what your monogram or font would look like, please message us before ordering or leave a note in your order. Pick and Poke Designs is NOT responsible if you are not happy with the font, size (of clothing or decals), or color you chose. Personalized items are final sale. Each listing contains a color and font chart to help you choose your favorites.

Each of my ID card holders are crafted by me. I do NOT outsource to large companies. I take pride in creating a handmade product made just for you! Due to the handmade nature of my items, slight differences will be visible from product to product. All items are crafted in a home-based business that is very pet-friendly but smoke-free. Your purchase even helps to support my rescue cats!
